Grant necessary website/admin access for implementation
Respond to approvals and feedback in a timely manner
Ensure provided content, images, and assets do not violate copyrights
Delays in client response may affect project timelines.
3. SEO Service Disclaimer
SEO results depend on many external factors, including search engine algorithms, competition, and market conditions. Therefore:
We do not guarantee #1 rankings on Google or any search engine
We do not guarantee specific traffic, leads, or sales numbers
SEO results vary based on website quality, industry, and competition
Multivision Wizards follows ethical white-hat SEO practices only.
4. Prohibited Activities
Clients must not engage in activities that may harm website rankings or violate search engine guidelines, including:
Hidden links or text
Link farms or spam backlinks
Cloaking or deceptive redirects
Automated link building tools
Keyword stuffing or spam techniques
Malicious or unlawful content
Violation may impact service guarantees or project performance.
5. Payments & Billing
All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing
Payments must be completed before service execution
Late payments may pause ongoing services
Prices are subject to change with prior notice
All invoices are payable according to agreed billing terms.
6. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel recurring services by providing written notice at least 3 business days before the next billing cycle.

7. Refund Policy
All payments made to Multivision Wizards are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

Consultation charges
Marketing retainers
No refunds or prorated credits are issued for partially used service periods.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, code, designs, reports, strategies, and materials created by Multivision Wizards remain company intellectual property until full payment is received.
Upon final payment, ownership of approved deliverables may transfer to the client unless otherwise specified.
Clients retain ownership of their logos, trademarks, and pre-existing brand assets.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential business, financial, technical, and strategic information private.
Neither party may disclose confidential information without written consent unless required by law.
10. Website Content & Copyright
All content published on this website, including text, graphics, branding, images, and design elements, is protected by copyright laws.
